2JUST DANCE TRAINING - Level II

Training on using dance as a medium combined with Dancing Mindfulness Practice, gives the individual the awareness of the 'self' and how to communicate the practice effectively to your clients. The dance training will include a bolt on of the 2JUSTBE U Programme, which adds a unique dimension to empower your clients with mental resilience, through effective guided meditation through the dance programme. An excellent way to reach your clients needs, holistically.

One day training (6 CPD Points) up to 10 people.

2 x 2hr Follow-up Assessments (4 CPD Points)

LIVE ONLINE TRAINING - Level II

Our range of Live Online Training on: My Heart Matters and 2Justbe SAFE is available from March 2019. All materials for the training will need to be purchased separately prior to the training. The training will offer all the components of the Live Training.
